Genome sequencing and assembly of Mycoplasma arginini isolated from fly, coming from a farm raising livestock and milk-producing located in Wolcott, upper NY State, USA, . This is the first report of a M. arginini strain capable of infecting herds isolated from a fly present in the same farm. The genomic features of the M. arginini isolate were compared to those of other 9 isolates from the same and different farms in NY State
